IR&D is a social and sports centre in middle of the city park in Almaty Kazakhistan. The complex houses a full size ice rink for figure skating and hockey events as well as a dolphin show pool, with a total construction area of 9,000 m2

The construction has started in 2015 but paused for economical reasons at the moment.
