A concept design of a 14 storey mixed used building in Suadiye Kadikoy, in a large garden with an open pool. With 28 flats in total.
Two storey basement carparking provides 2 car places for each flat with ith storage areas.
The project sums up nearly 8.500 m2 construction area.
