Series 3  Çaldıran/Van

Concept design, with a U shape mixed used building in Van/ Turkiye. Open courtyard commercial area with shops and cafés with residential and hotel functions on top

 

The complex is on Van - Iran transit highway and thougt to serve as a touristic attraction point just outside Çaldıran town border. The petrl station will also serve a base for truck drivers. 

 

The project sums up nearly 16.500 m2 construction area.
