A concept design, 14 storey mixed used building in Cekmekoy / Istanbul. Small commercial areas and a supermarket volume in ground level, A fitness area with closed pool in lower ground level and 2 storey basement with carparks. On the 13 floor above there are 39 flats with different sizes.
The project sums up nearly 15.000 m2 construction area.
