Gulan Towers
Shopping Mall Erbil/Northen Iraq
2013-2014
Gulan Towers is a mixed used building consist of 4 towers; residential, hotel, office and world trade centre, with a shopping mall underneath. It is one of the biggest projects in Erbil. The shopping mall has a 300 mt long stone cladded facade with entrances and display areas inserted. Despite the hot climate a giant skylight with thermal shadings on top of the roof gives a fresh feeling inside.
The project sums up nearly 170.000 m2 construction area.
The residential and World Trade Centre was opened in mid of 2016, Mall is planned to be openede in mid of 2017.
